J'ai rencontré Lynne sur une ferme communautaire bio. Elle était débordante d'énergie - se réveillait avant le lever du jour pour méditer, pratiquer son yoga, puis aller prendre soin des animaux, cuisiner pour nous tous, puis le soir, partait donner des cours de yoga au village. Depuis le tout début, je savais que cette femme serait un mentor. Elle était la preuve vivante qu'on peut être forte tout en restant en équilibre. Ses élèves sont chanceux de l'avoir. La technique des principes du yoga ne sont pas tjrs évidents à mettre en pratique. Dimanche prochain au #karmashala on va visiter des principes de base...de fondation des épaules jusqu'au poignets pour mieux apprendre leur fonctionnement pour optimisé nos mouvements dans notre pratique de yoga.

Grosse contemplation ce matin. Au bord d'être malade il fait froid en titi. Et encore la douche froide m'appel. Les biens fait sont indispensable pour moi ce temps ici de l'année:
*Augmente la circulation lymphatique, qui veux dire bon pour le système immunitaire
*diminue l'inflammation
*fait circuler le sang qui dit bon pour mon petit coeur d'amour

Looking back 2018: Taking lessons learnt into the
First ice fishing experience at home.  Haven't caught anything yet.  But well on our way. And yes this is my new spot to do my cold plunges.
